Below is photos taken of a property that a tenant has only been in 3 months!! so the first inspection was only due to be carried out, however this tenant decided to break their contract and leave early without telling their Landlord. After the missed rent payment, telephone calls unanswered, no reply from text messages or emails it was clear that they must have left.

How can a property get in such a state in such a short period of time!! This tenant obviously got another private rent & will continue to do the same to that property & their next.
