We wanted to run a property agency that was demonstrably better than the industry norm. We recognised all the unnecessary parts of the industry, from the lack of true client care to the short-term-gain mentality, and replaced this with an utterly open, caring approach and an unrivalled level of service delivered with a personal touch. Every agency talks about being local. This wasn't enough for us

. We wanted to be totally embedded in the local community. That's why we set up our unique referral network and our donation scheme to support our local communities of SW13 & SW14. We're never afraid of being different, it's what drives us to be better. Like the posts on our site boards which are 100% recycled. As far as we know, this is a first for the industry. Come and live here. This is what you have on your doorstep.

A brand-new polo pitch has been created on the rugby fields in Richmond Park, with coaching and practice happening as we speak — and it’s absolutely amazing to see.

It’s yet another wonderful reason to spend time walking through this incredible open space we’re so lucky to have right here. Whether it’s the scenery, the wildlife, or now even polo, there’s always something special happening.

And there’s history here too — the very first polo match in Richmond Park dates all the way back to 1869.
