Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors successful before the General Pharmaceutical Council.

We recently successfully represented a Pharmacist before the Crown Court who was charged with serious sexual offences said to have occurred in the course of a consultation with a patient. This was strenuously denied by him. The Pharmacist was acquitted by the jury who returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty.

This case was dealt with throughout by Shaun Murphy. He acted as the Solicitor and Advocate in the Crown Court proceedings, and also again, before the Interim Orders Committee.

🏉 Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors are delighted to announce our sponsorship of HACKNEY RFC (RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB)’s First XV for the 26/27 season.

Established in 1965, the club has the largest women’s rugby squad in London and one of the largest junior teams.
