Bespoke Walk-In Wardrobe Build 🦅🔨

This space was transformed with a new partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe area, which was then plastered and painted throughout. A bespoke wardrobe was built within the partitioned section, followed by custom floating shelving to make full use of the available space. Panelling was then added to the front, with skirting carried through around the new wall and units. All woodwork was finished in satinwood, with the wardrobe and shelving finished in Scuff-X – Mossy Oak.

Exterior House Painting 🦅🔨

This property was cleaned down and all cracks were filled using toupret fibracryl flexible filler before applying fresh masonry paint to all rendered elevations. Previously weathered and stained areas were treated prior to coating to ensure consistent coverage across the front, side, and rear. All rendered sections received 3 coats of sandtex brilliant white masonry paint giving this property a new lease of life.

GRP Roof Installation 🔨🦅

We cleared all vegetation and debris from the existing roof before overboarding the entire area with 11mm OSB, creating a solid and level substrate. The surface was fully primed before a base coat of Restec 2020 was applied and GRP matting embedded, followed by two further coats of Restec 2020 to create a durable and watertight finish, with all joints, edges, upstands and penetrations around existing ductwork and vents carefully detailed to ensure long-term performance and protection.

Bespoke inset basin and concealed cistern unit 🔨🦅

We removed the existing vanity and installed a redesigned unit that extends further into the room, allowing for a larger basin and a more practical setup. New timber framework was constructed and sheeted in ply to form the structure. A concealed cistern and flush button were installed internally, complete with new pipework and waste connections. Once tiled to match the surrounding bathroom, the basin was fitted and both the basin and toilet were sealed with jasmine silicone. The original cabinet doors were refitted, with new trims added around the unit and doors. The perimeter of the unit was then finished with a continuous bead of jasmine silicone.

Bathroom Renovation 🔨🦅

The old bathroom was stripped out and new copper pipework was ran throughout. The bath was set in position with a bar mixer, riser rail, and shower head, with aqua panels fitted around the walls. A new toilet was installed and the basin fitted with its matching unit. New taps were added to the basin and bath. The bath panel and splashback were fitted, with laminate flooring laid and a neat bead of silicone to finish throughout.

Unvented Cylinder & Electric Boiler Installation🔨🦅

The old combined boiler and cylinder were removed and replaced with a brand-new unvented hot water cylinder and electric boiler. All new copper pipework was installed throughout, including fresh expansion vessels, safety valves and controls. The full setup was built to G3 regulations and commissioned on completion, leaving a neat, reliable heating and hot water system.
