Ran into this 3-bed flat in Lanterns Court and it feels like one of those practical, easy-living kind of places.

It’s on the ground floor, comes furnished, and has a clean, modern setup — nothing over the top, just well put together. The wooden flooring and big windows make it feel quite bright, and it seems like a comfortable space overall.

The building itself is pretty solid too — concierge, gym, secure entry — the usual things that just make day-to-day life a bit smoother. And location-wise, it’s really convenient if you’re around Canary Wharf.

Saw this flat in New Providence Wharf (E14) and thought it was worth sharing.

It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath place — pretty straightforward layout but what stood out to me was how much natural light it gets from those big floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area opens into a semi open-plan kitchen, and there’s also a small balcony which is nice to have.

The area itself is quite chill — right by the river, and close enough to Canary Wharf if you want more going on (food, cafes, etc.). Getting around seems easy too with a couple of DLR stations nearby.

Also, the building has things like a concierge, gym, pool, and spa, which is a bit of a bonus if you actually use those.

Max 3 tenants, so probably suits a small group or just someone wanting extra space.
