Rashpinder Mahal

Rashpinder Mahal was admitted to the High Court Bar in August 2000 and admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in Jul 2005.

Rashpinder was head of the Family and Immigration department in a prestigious East London firm. He specialises in family, matrimonial, ancillary relief, immigration and private criminal law. He has particular experience in assisting and advising clients in solving ancillary relief (financial settlement between spouses) children matter disputes between the parties in an amicable way thereby reducing the costs and mental stress for the party.

He also has very good experience in handling Immigration matters whether it is entry clearance applications or appeals, domestic worker visas and extensions, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 categories. Previous to qualifying as Solicitor of England and Wales he had substantial experience as a High Court Advocate in family, criminal, employment and civil litigation matters.

As a person he has keen interest in trekking, camping, horse riding, listening to Sufi music and testing single malts. His ambition in life is to see 50 must see places in the world, out of which he has already visited 5.

Ivona Supernat is a UK qualified bilingual Solicitor. She came from Poland and read law at Queen Mary College, University of London. She then joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Business Restructuring Division, where she gained almost 7 years of insolvency and business restructuring experience.

Ivona began practising as a Solicitor in East London. She developed the first Polish speaking practice in that area. She has a substantial following of Polish clients from all over South East England. Ivona is a well known figure in the Polish Business Community. She writes articles and appears in the Polish Press on a regular basis.

Her areas of practice are all aspects of Company Commercial Law, Employment Law and Civil Litigation.
