From autumn 2025, all company directors and people with significant control (PSCs) must verify their identity with Companies House — it’s the law.

To help prevent fraud and keep the UK business register safe and accurate.

🔍 How can you verify?
There are 3 options:

1. Online via GOV.UK One Login

2. In person at selected UK Post Offices
