• 9.6/10 for “Would recommend to a friend or colleague” (up from 9.4 last year)
• 9/10 for Value for money
• 9.3/10 for Communication about fees
• Net Promoter Score (NPS): 91/100, placing us among the very highest-performing law firms for client loyalty and satisfaction.
