We’re thrilled to share the results of our 2025 client feedback survey – and they’re outstanding!

• 9.6/10 for “Would recommend to a friend or colleague” (up from 9.4 last year)
• 9/10 for Value for money
• 9.3/10 for Communication about fees
• Net Promoter Score (NPS): 91/100, placing us among the very highest-performing law firms for client loyalty and satisfaction.

👋🏽Welcoming our new litigation lawyer Laura Brierly to the team in a socially distanced photo shoot in the courtyard at our Northcote Road office last week.

📸 At the moment this photo was taken, Laura, our founder Florence Brocklesby and fellow litigation senior consultant Alexandra Key were chatting about how self-conscious they always feel being photographed!

⭐️ However, our fabulous photographer Laura Shimli Mears is brilliant at putting us at our ease and always takes great photos.😊She’s been a regular fixture at our office as our team has grown this year.

🔸It being 2020, naturally Covid foiled our plans to photograph the whole litigation team, with senior consultant Oliver Stokes stuck at home on the day, but hopefully we’ll all be able to return before too long.

☀️With summer holidays now a happy memory, here are the last of our team staycation pictures, this time from our founder Florence Brocklesby’s break in Kingsdown, Kent.

☀️Three miles along the coastal path from Deal, Kingsdown’s attractions include a pub on the beach , nearby Walmer Castle and views to France.

🔸It is also the setting for Ian Fleming’s James Bond novel, Moonraker – Fleming owned a house nearby.

🔸Florence spends several weeks at the coast with her family every summer, taking advantage of Bellevue Law’s flexible working practices to mix holiday and remote working.

🔸All of our lawyers have complete flexibility about where and when they work, with no fixed working place or hours – even in ‘normal’ times.
