In the Public Interests, we, the general public, can observe the appeal to release the names of the Judges, professionals involved in the case.

The case was heard in Guildford with mutiple hearings and failings, which led to Sara's unlawful death.

In my opinion, I think the Judge involved in Sara's case, which Judge Williams is covering for, is allegedly named on the FRC Organogram. (See photo below)

Let's see what Master of the Rolls, Vos has to say. Will he disclose the names in the public interests or cover this to protect his brethren?

What do you think? Comment below

⚖️Navigating Tort Law in Family Courts: The Power of Claims for Damages and Vindication

In the intricate world of family law, understanding your rights under tort law can be crucial. Tort law serves as a vital avenue for addressing civil wrongs in family courts, offering a pathway to justice even when you're navigating the system without a lawyer.

The Basics of Tort Law in Family Courts:

Tort law in this context deals with civil wrongs where one party has been wronged by another, leading to harm or loss. This can range from defamation, negligence, to intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Litigants in Person: Even if you represent yourself in court, known as a 'litigant in person', you have the right to pursue damages. Whether it's due to professional negligence by a solicitor or barrister, or due to actions that have caused personal harm, tort law allows you to claim compensation for your losses.

📃Professional Insurance: Solicitors and barristers are required to have insurance. The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for solicitors and the Bar Standards Board for barristers ensure that professionals are covered, safeguarding litigants if claims of negligence or professional misconduct arise. This insurance is a safety net, ensuring that you can hold legal professionals accountable.

📣Right to Publish for Vindication and Deterrence:

Vindication: Tort law provides not just monetary compensation but also the right to vindication. If you've been wronged, you might seek to publish your story or legal outcome to clear your name or reputation, which is particularly relevant in family court cases where personal narratives can be pivotal.

Deterrence Against SLAPP and Lawfare: Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP) and 'lawfare'—the misuse of legal systems to intimidate or silence critics—can be particularly detrimental in family courts. Tort law offers mechanisms to counter these tactics, empowering individuals to defend their rights to free speech and to deter abusive litigation practices. The right to publish your experiences can serve as a deterrent, exposing such practices and protecting others from similar experiences.

⚖️Why This Matters:

Access to Justice: For many, the legal system can seem daunting, especially in emotionally charged family court disputes. Tort law levels the playing field by providing an avenue for those who might not have legal representation to seek justice.

Preventing Abuse: By understanding the role of tort law, individuals can better navigate or challenge abusive legal tactics, ensuring that the court remains a place of justice rather than a battleground for personal vendettas.

Promoting Accountability: Knowing that legal professionals are insured by bodies like the SRA and the Bar Standards Board reassures individuals that there's a system in place to address professional misconduct or negligence.

🎙Engagement Call:

Have you ever considered the role of tort law in your family court experiences? Whether you're a litigant in person or have worked with legal professionals, your insights could shed light on how this aspect of law can protect and empower those in the system. Share your stories, ask questions, or seek advice in the comments. Let's educate and support each other in navigating the complexities of family law through the lens of tort law.

Remember: Knowledge is power, especially in the courtroom. If you've faced challenges or have insights into how tort law has played a role in your case, your experience could help others facing similar issues.

Please note, while I provide general guidance, for specific legal advice, you should consult with a qualified solicitor or barrister.

Let's keep the conversation going and ensure that justice in family courts is accessible and fair for all

Saturday morning attending law training on psychiatric harm and negligence.

Foreseeability of the harm a child will suffer when sudden separation from biological mothers and fathers.

The Local Authority is legally failing in its Duty of Care. Legal Fact. I will do a blog on how to apply this in law in due course.

The diagnostic Criteria - To Prove in Evidence Law Psychiatric Harm & Injury:

To assess whether the psychiatric harm suffered is a recognised psychiatric injury, judges generally rely on two established international standard classifications, which are used by mental health professionals to diagnose all aspects of mental health and neurological disorders:

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (APA, 2013)
the International Statistical Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders (WHO, 2019).

The use of DSM-V and ICD-11 in a legal context is controversial; nonetheless, they form the benchmark for claimants that have suffered pure psychiatric injuries.

There are six categories of claimants:

1. Primary victims
2. Secondary victims
3. The ‘elevated’ primary victim
4. The stressed-at-work victim
5. The fear-of the-future victim
6. The residuary category of claimant.

We must use Tort Law, Evidence Law and Criminal Law interweaved together to prove ‘the standard of proof’ on the ‘balance of probabilities’ as claimants that the harm our children and we have suffered by the defendants.

I will write a legal blog on this so Litigants In Person know how to apply the law and rely on the relevant cases that have set precedents.

Part of healing is hope. Hope for a better future full of ❤️ love, happiness, joy, peace, safety, laughter, faith .... It's all possible when we shift our minds into those things.

Forgiveness is a huge part of the healing from grief and loss.

Letting go of our demands that the outcome should have been different to the reality. Letting go of the resentment that it did not go how we planned or expected.

Forgive ourselves and others. Let go and free our minds and hearts 💕 for a better future. It's all part of healing ✨️

The five stages of grief and loss are

1. denial,
2. anger,
3. bargaining,
4. depression and finally
5. acceptance

This is a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost.

Most people are stuck in 1, 2 and 3 all meshing and mixing together. It's a metal prison. Once we see it, we can work through these stages.

Allowing a safe space to express each stage, then in the end, we finally accept and forgive. In order let go we empower ourselves with the key 🔑 so we unlock us from the metal prison, that binds us to pain and self torture.

Everyone has their own healing journey at their own pace. What is important is to have faith, hope and compassion, that healing from greif, loss and trauma is possible. ✨️

Take what resonates, leave what does not.

When anyone wants to take aim at you, try to discredit and bully you. Simple allow them to take their very best shot at you.

God will shield 🛡 you from persecution. Ignore. Do not engage. Allow the smear campaign. Act with compassion, pray over those who seek to harm you, bully you, discredit you.

Wish them well. Rise above it. Be unfazed. Unbothered. Allow them the right to be wrong about you. How others see you and think of you is not your concern. Only God's love is important.

God will place you at the table of those who are on your level.

Not everyone is granted access to you. Especially when their intentions are not pure. The mask drops. They fear the truth so attack using smear campaigns. It's purely tactical. See through it. It's a reflection of their own limitations not your greatness. Jealously. Resentment. Ego. It's their drive.

You have Peace. Love. Favour with God.

There is power is silence, removing yourself, and focusing on you and your journey with God.

Walk with Jesus Christ 🙏

Happy Thursday ✨️

It is 31st October 2024. I do not celebrate Halloween, evil, SRA or witchcraft. I don't need to put on a costume to look cool. When I wear the Spirit of Jesus.

I only ever celebrate Jesus Christ 🙏 🙌 ✨️

Our Lord Saviour, Our King. Our Heavenly Father.

As a Christian woman, Jesus saved me in so many ways. Removed me from a path of sin. Placed me in a place of peace.

It was not longer about my way, but the way of Jesus.

How did Jesus want me to be in service for humanity. How did Jesus need me to put myself last and others first.

How could I show my love 💓 and devotion to my Heavenly father.

By being humbled, disciplined, in service, defend children, stand up for the truth and justice.

Leave all material possessions behind and focus on good vs evil. To pick up the sword and walk the path ✨️

Today I choose to celebrate Jesus. Happy 31st October 2024. I invite you do join me. Amen 🙏

Love
