Applying negotiation skills in real life

Participation in negotiation competitions can develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Nikola emphasised how negotiation is relevant in all walks of life — from everyday situations to professional boardroom discussions. She reflected on finding solutions that work for both parties and approaching discussions with long-term outcomes in mind.
