MAG INGAT SA MGA AGENT OR AHENTE OR UNQUALIFIED LEGAL OR IMMIGRATION ADVISER. CRIMINAL OFFENCE YAN MAG ADVISE NG WALANG KAUKULANG LICENSE OR QUALIFICATION. May agent po ako nag-advised sa akin about UK immigration law, may pananagutan po ba sila?
Yes, it is a criminal offense to provide immigration advice or services in the UK without being regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or covered by the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
So kapag ang agent or isang organisation ay walang lisensya to operate, dahil base lang ang alam nila sa karanasan at pagbabasa, kawawa ang mga biktima nila, bakit? because they are unregulated and therefore walang body that polices their actions. Mas maganda, suriin at kuhanin muna natin ang kakayahan at qualifications ng mga legal advisers natin para kung sakali man na may mali sila, pwede ka magdemanda. Pagka qualified professional ang kinuha mo to advise you, they adhere to their professional ethics and code of conduct. Hindi dapat basta marunong lang, but they have high standard of moral compass. Of course, legal professionals are not perfect but when they make mistakes, may fallback palagi ang Filipinos an mag take legal actions.
Pagka kase base lang sa recommendations sa Group Chat, madalas jan ay mga "facilitators" or ahente na din ng ahente. May commissions sila from the unregulated agents. Hindi lahat ay talagang client but some are just agents of those unregulated professionals na walang kinatatakutan dahil wala naman silang license na dapat ingatan. Kaya para sa mga kababayan ko, mag-ingat kayo sa mga unregulated agents. Hindi sila talaga interesado sa success mo, but more on how much they can earn from you - that's the truth!
Maraming Filipinos ay natatakot mag tanong sa mga qualified professionals at mas prefer ang mga bogus scammers. Kawawa sila.
