A sponsor licence suspension letter starts a clock. You will usually have 20 working days to respond in writing.
Three priorities matter immediately. You cannot assign new Certificates of Sponsorship while suspended, but sponsor duties continue, so keep reporting and record-keeping running. Preserve your records exactly as they are — do not backdate, tidy up or reconstruct evidence. Then address each allegation in the letter specifically, using contemporaneous supporting documents.
