Eunyoung Cho is a Solicitor Advocate practising in the jurisdiction of England and Wales, specialising in UK Immigration Law. She acts for both individuals and corporations on personal and business immigration issues for all nationalities coming to the UK. Her service covers the full spectrum of visa applications (inside and outside the UK), administrative reviews, appeals, special/ written repre

sentations at the Border. She can assist in migration planning for individuals, families, and managing global mobility of employees, business representatives, and investors to the UK. Eunyoung has a wealth of experience in assisting a wide variety of international clients, including overseas government organisations, banks, food & beverages import/ export companies, toy manufacturing and sales companies, restaurant & hospitality, third sector organisations, e.g. religious/ ecclesiastical corporations, and education charities, to advise on all aspects of successful sponsor licence entry and compliance. In relation to UK employment law, Eunyoung is often instructed by employers and their HR departments to consult on current employee and policy management, to draft contract/handbook, deal with internal dispute resolution, draft and execute settlement agreements, as well as immigration compliance. She is an experienced advocate in Immigration appeals and Judicial Review hearings against Home Office refusals. She acts for both Claimants and Defendants at the Employment Tribunals in discrimination and dismissal claims, and any breach of contract and negligence actions for both individuals and companies, at all levels of Tribunals and civil courts in England and Wales.

차마 얼굴 들이밀기에는 좀 많이 민망하고 🫣

그치만 내가 하는 일은 얼마나 재미있는지 말은 하고 싶고 😅

그런데 실제로 내 하루의 시간은 빛 ✨의 속도로 지나가고

그리고 하고싶은건 아직도 정말 많고,

It totally caught me by surprise the kind of person I might have become since children. So it’s only just the last 6 years. When you compliment your young, ambitious, and very, very competent counsel on arguing their socks off, and ultimately WINNING the argument right in front of your eyes, and the way your brain chooses to compliment them is the “mummiest” ever 🤣:

“Wow, WELL DONE for that! The client and I saw the whole thing and we are just so proud of you ❤️ (and we really were!). Such a clever clogs. That judge was tough, wasn’t he, but you just kept going! Very admirable. AND we won! Now, (rummaging through my giant bag), would you like a beef jerky?”

True story.

And, turns out, everybody grows and thrives with a little heartfelt encouragement 🥰🥰🥰

Dear all,

🚨So, my LinkedIn professional profile account has been compromised as of this morning on 16 June 2025. I cannot get access to it. (I tried. All day 😭.)

As far as I can see, the profile page hasn’t been used for anything by the hackers and it is restricted already so nothing further and nefarious will come from it, I hope.

As for me, aside from conscientiously completing any and all blank spaces with little bits from my career, I have been so inactive on 😅 that most of my ‘connections’ would know it would be rather uncharacteristic of me to ‘reach out’ and won’t fall for any scams in my name.

If you’re curious, my professional information is already out there in public on the directory of solicitors and on the roll, and many others. (you just won’t see who I am friends with, I guess 😶…)

All accounts are now fortified (yes, emails, Instagram, but not you ), including one’s own website (www.eunyoungcho.com | www.solicitorcho.com ) which displays all you would ever want to know about me.

Safe to say, 2 Factor Authentication all the way, and I won’t be touching the profile or the platform with a barge-pole, and for a good while it seems, the way are handling this.
