🇬🇧🇪🇺 **İNGİLTERE AB’YE GERİ Mİ DÖNÜYOR?**

İngiltere Başbakanı **Andy Burnham**, Avrupa Birliği ile gelecekteki ilişkiler konusunda dikkat çeken açıklamalarda bulundu.

Burnham, İngiltere’nin önünde farklı seçenekler bulunduğunu belirterek;

**mevcut durumun devamı, Gümrük Birliği, Tek Pazar ve hatta AB’ye yeniden tam üyeliğe kadar uzanan seçeneklerin değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini** ifade etti.

Başbakan:

**“Nelerin yapılabilir olduğuna ve her seçeneğin avantajları ile dezavantajlarına bakmamız gerekiyor.”**

dedi.

🔴 Bu açıklama **İngiltere’nin AB’ye yeniden katılma kararı aldığı anlamına gelmiyor.** Ancak AB’ye tam üyeliğin dahi geleceğe yönelik seçenekler arasında açıkça tartışılması, Brexit sonrası İngiliz siyasetinde dikkat çekici bir gelişme.

5 YILLIK ILR İÇİN ÖNEMLİ SİNYAL!

İngiltere İçişleri Bakanı Shabana Mahmood, yeni settlement reformlarına yönelik eleştirileri ilk kez bu kadar açık şekilde kabul etti:

“Bazıları bu reformların bazı unsurlarının adil olmadığını söyledi.”

Ardından ise mevcut göçmenler açısından çok önemli olan şu mesajı verdi:

“İngiltere’ye yasal olarak gelenlere karşı adalet ile Britanya vatandaşlarına karşı adalet arasında denge kuran bir noktaya geleceğiz.”

Bu açıklama, özellikle 5 yıllık ILR yolunda ilerleyenlerin geçiş hükümleriyle korunabileceğine dair önemli bir esneklik sinyali.

⚠️ Ancak henüz kesinleşmiş bir değişiklik yok. 10 yıllık sistem iptal edilmiş değil ve kimlerin 5 yıllık sistemde korunacağı henüz açıklanmadı.

*“Regulations under this section may make transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the coming into force of any provision of this Act.”

✅ This clause gives the UK Home Secretary the power to create transitional rules for how new immigration laws apply to current visa holders.

🔹 System labelled as costly, complex, and open to abuse
🔹 New unified framework to replace “exceptional cases” loopholes

🔹 Deportation prioritised for foreign offenders with short-term visas

🔹 Minimum skill level to rise back to RQF Level 6 (degree level)
🔹 Salary thresholds will increase

🔹 “Immigration Salary List” to be abolished

The UK Government has outlined proposals to tighten settlement and citizenship rules:
▪️ Standard residency for settlement may rise from 5 to 10 years
