Is AI ready for Law Firms?
My firm's current AI policy is that AI cannot be used for anything client facing, though we do use it in other areas of our business such as marketing and so on.
Are we luddites or just sensible ?
Recently, yet another decent law firm and three solicitors have been referred to SRA after the Judge spoke of ''astonishing' AI failures.
For now at the very least, I will stick to doing the hard yards and stay away from AI that is client facing, thank you very much.
What do purveyors and proponents of AI think?
Comments on a postcard please!
