Law Practice & Privileges Immigrations Lawyers in the UK Law Practice and Privileges ("LPP") is a legal service provider around in Dhaka city. We start our aim as non-charitable basis.

Our aim is to "Think about People First"/People Come First". Our first intention is to think about lay people, who has none or has very minimum idea on law/legal issues. We are going to provide short training courses based on public importance. Our subjects will be: Immigration law, tax law, intellectual property rights, trademarks and patents, labour law, land law, negotiable instruments act, dra

fting skills etc. We are not going to teach you what the law is but how does the law could affect you in your life or what legal procedure you should follow for filing a case. We will work as a team. Our team is including the people around us. We'll not work alone rather people will help us to do legal work. We care of our future students/colleagues. Students are our main intention to focus. Legal professionals are always welcome to contribute. They may submit any legal writing to us and our LPP team will select the best legal writing weekly basis. Every week we will publish law journals in our blog. We have editors to review your works and help you to understand your works. Our publication will be weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Every year we will award three best writers to inspire their works with us. From next year 2017, we will select maximum five law students to work with us permanent basis with minimum salary. Students will get the opportunity to visit the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and Judge courts with us. Our respected team will guide you to understand the law in practical world. Like any other profession, getting a good work experience in law is matter of utmost important for one’s career which is difficult to attain at the same time. Internship is a great way to earn work experience and our team will help you to find the best internship opportunity around in Dhaka and Rajshahi city. For the outside of Dhaka students we will have LPP team in Rajshahi. In future we will have the intention to develop our branch in other district only if we have majority students from other district. We have the intention to organise regular monthly meeting with our team members. Where we will discuss how to develop our workshop. It is "People" will be our prime concern to focus who will put forward us to next steps. We will think about "you" who will work with us including our clients. You will ask about your problem and we will solve it for you. In every meeting we want your thoughts/opinion to develop our organisation. In few occasion, a supreme/district court judge may come to you and talk to you to develop your legal skills. This could be fantastic opportunity for you to learn. You must have the intention to visit any local areas when you will work with us. You may have to visit Rajshahi District courts in some occasion to learn how the lawyer work outside of Dhaka city. In a word, LPP team will support you to learn the legal field in practical sense. LPP believes in practical law from practical legal life. Our client will get service and will learn. In commercial world where money talks there our service and labour will talk first. All students, lay people and practitioners are most welcome to join with us. Do not forget the LPP is for you, will run by you.

ইংল্যান্ড এর "কেয়ার ওয়ার্ক" ভিসায় "জেনুইন নেস টেস্ট" এড করা হয়েছে এই বছরেই। কারন অতীতে অনেকে দেশে থেকে মিথ্যা কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা দেখিয়ে এসে এখানে নিজে বিপদে পড়েছে এবং হায়ারিং কম্পানিকে ও বিপদে ফেলেছে।

জেনুইন নেস টেস্ট টা দিয়ে তারা এটা ই পর্যালোচনা করবে দেশে এই রিলেটেড কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা সত্যিই আপনার আছে কি না।

আপনার বেসিক ইংলিশ কেমন।
স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় এদেশে আসতে গেলে যেমন অই ইউনিভার্সিটি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে হয়/হবে,তেমনি কেয়ার ভিসায় আসতে হলে ও যে কম্পানি আপনাকে হায়ার করছে তাদের সম্পর্কে এবং কেয়ার জব টা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে হবে।

ইংল্যান্ডে এসে লিগ্যালি টিকে থাকতে গেলে ইংলিশ এ দক্ষতা অর্জনের কোন বিকল্প নাই।

যে কোন ইউনিভার্সিটির এডমিশন এর ইন্টারভিউ এর জন্য প্রাথমিক প্রিপারেশন:

১. অই ইউনিভার্সিটি সম্পর্কে খুব ভালোভাবে জানা।বিশেষ করে ইউনিভার্সিটি র লোকেশন। আপনি ঠিক যে সাব্জেক্ট এ পড়তে চাচ্ছেন তাতে কি কি মডিউল পড়ানো হয়।

২. যে ইউনিভার্সিটি সিলেক্ট করেছেন, ঠিক কেনো সিলেক্ট করেছেন।অই দেশে অই ইউনিভার্সিটি কি কি এওয়ার্ড পেয়েছে।
এগুলি সাধারণত একটু রিসার্চ করলেই পেয়ে যাবেন

৩. ইংলিশের ফ্লুয়েন্সি টা খুব জরুরি। কোন ভাবেই যেনো ইন্টারভিউয়ার এটা অনুভব না করে যে আপনি মুখস্ত বলছেন।প্রয়োজনের নিজের সম্পর্কে বা নিজের পরিবার সম্পর্কে কিছুক্ষন ইংরেজি তে কথা বলেন আয়নার সামনে দাড়িয়ে প্রতিদিন। খুব কাজে দেয় এটা।

৪. ইন্টারভিউ ডেইট এর কিছুদিন আগে থেকে ইংলিশ নিউজ দেখা বা মুভি দেখা বাড়িয়ে দিতে পারেন।এতে ব্রেইন কিছু শব্দ স্টোর করে রাখতে পারবে যা পরবর্তীতে আপনার কনফিডেন্স বাড়াবে।

৫. ইন্টারভিউ তে আপনার অতিতের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পর্কে ও প্রশ্ন করতে পারে।

৬. আপনার কোর্স ফিস এবং স্কলারশিপ সম্পর্কে পরিস্কার ধারনা রাখুন।

Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC)/Bar Training Course (BTC)

Definitely one of the PRESTIGIOUS courses.

Coming to the stages,,,,,,

1.firstly you have to complete British LL.B degree with at least lower 2nd class Honours (2:2) from any of the British institutions in Bangladesh or overseas. Does not matter external or internal system.The pass mark is 40% and pass mark for BTC course is 60%.

2. Originally the length of this British LL.B degree is 3 years but if you want to divide it subject wise then you can complete it within 5 years but not more than that .When students are in their 3rd/final year, can apply for BPTC or BTC.

3.At the same time you have to take membership from any of the Inn's by providing all academic documents with two references. Lincon's Inn and Gray's Inn are the most popular,& it will cost around 15 thousand BDT for membership.

4.On or before admission to the BTC course "BCAT" is another test one have to attend and pass,conducted by UK authority costs 20 thousand taka.This test is a mandatory aptitute test for pursuing BTC, where a student's intellectual Knowledge can be tested.

5.Although 9 law schools in the UK currently offering this course/degree but securing an offer is very tough due to the course popularity.

6. BPTC /BTC course duration is 9 months. Usually it starts in September and ends in June .

7. if you are a student from Bengali medium like SSC/HSC standard, you must satisfy the English language requirement providing score IELTS 7.5 or Pearson Test of English Academic (73) on each components to start this course.
