We are emailing to present to you all, our upcoming launch of Aurora Law’s ATE Litigation Service. You will be aware that we are a commercial law firm within close proximity of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand. We also service clients nationwide to include Surrey, Kent and Essex.
The Founding Partners, Dawn Dixon and Teresa Johnston have been working hard over the past year to be able to get to where they are today with this exciting new venture. Dawn will be dealing with all property related transactions and Teresa will be dealing with commercial litigation to include business and personal disputes.
Aurora Law is working very closely with a major ATE insurance broker that provides funding to our clients in order that they can bring or defend litigation. We also have consultants that can assist in employment, private client and corporate matters, ensuring that our clients can be fully serviced under one law firm.
We are well aware of the current, economic difficulties present in seeking legal advice and embarking on litigation. For this reason we competitively price our fees and in some matters provide fixed/capped fees. For larger claims we can obtain funding for clients to cover disbursements in bringing a claim and indemnifying them in relation to an adverse cost orders.
