Что такое Share Code? Где его взять и для чего он нужен?

Share Code - это уникальный цифровой код, который генерируется онлайн на сайте gov.uk.
Share Code вам может понадобиться для подтверждения:
- иммиграционного статуса в Великобритании,
- права на работу,
- права на аренду.
У вас могут потребовать Share Code в самых разных учреждениях, в том числе для получения пособий, обмена водительского удостоверения, поступления в университет и т.д.

📱Чтобы сгенерировать Share Code:
1. Перейдите на официальный сайт по ссылке gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status
Нажмите кнопку "Start now"

2. Следуя инструкциям, используйте один из документов для входа в свой аккаунт

3. После авторизации проверьте в разделе "Your immigration status":
- Корректность имени и фамилии (как указано в UKVI)
- Тип вашего статуса (например, "Ukraine Scheme")
- Наличие вашей фотографии

4. Создание Share Code
- Нажмите "Get a share code"
и выберите цель создания кода:
* Для работы - "right to work"
* Для аренды - "right to rent"
* Для других целей - "immigration status"
- Нажмите "Create a share code"
На странице "Details you need to share" появится ваш Share Code (формат: ABC1-DEF2-GHI3)
- Сохраните код в формате PDF, нажав "Download PDF".
Затем можно отправить скачанный файл по месту требования.

5. Чтобы посмотреть как работает код, достаточно зайти на gov.uk/check-immigration-status и
ввести:
- Ваш Share Code
- Вашу дату рождения
- Причину проверки
Для разных целей нужны разные типы кодов. Share Code действует 90 дней, коды можно генерировать неограниченное количество раз бесплатно.

❤️12 signs of love addiction💔

In the beginning, healthy relationships and dependent relationships can develop very similarly. When you are together, time flies unnoticed, it seems like you are walking on clouds, but there is no smile coming off your face. But it is important to understand in time in which course the "ship of love" is sailing, whether it will be able to sail happily or will it die crashing into a cliff in shallow waters.

Those who are "bound" by love addiction differ from healthy people in that they are unable to go beyond their first strong infatuation, passion and attraction.

"Addiction requires constant stimulation of the brain's "pleasure center" (related to feelings of love and being in love), so they constantly create new and new relationships, forgetting everything except a new object of love," explains family therapist Gianni Adamo.

Sexual addiction occurs in the same way - sufferers also need the constant stimulation of the brain's

"pleasure center" that they receive through s*xual connections and fantasies.

Some people have both types of addictions at the same time. They fall in love easily, but find it difficult to maintain a healthy relationship.

🆘Here are 12 possible signs of love addiction:

1. Constantly forms new relationships, which last relatively short (from 3 to 24 months).
2. All the time is looking for "the one" or "the same one".
3. Develops strategies to find, seduce and retain new partners.
4. Holds a partner by s*x, seduction, manipulation.
5. Constantly yearns to be the object of special attention, hunts for strong sensations.
6. He/she can't be alone for long - it's unbearable for him/her.
7. Desperately trying to please his/her partner, fearing of being abandoned.
8. Chooses partners who are emotionally unavailable, married or abusive.
9. He/she gives up his/her friends and interests for a new love.
10. When he/she is not in a relationship, he/she tries to escape the feeling of loneliness through s*x, ma********on or fantasy. Sometimes you avoid relationships in this way.
11. It keeps coming back to relationships that hurt or got out of control in the past.
12. Leads a risky s*x life without thinking about the possible consequences (s*xually transmitted diseases, unplanned pregnancy, risk of r**e).
"Those addicted to love or s*x look for a source of happiness not in themselves, but in the outside world.

The first important step in curing any addiction is to stop denying the problem and recognize that life has become out of control.

Addictions often arise from the backdrop of childhood trauma related to attachment or s*xual abuse.

Psychotherapy and support groups can help with treatment.

Healthy narcissism

Healthy narcissism is the ability to respect and value yourself, your characteristics, your past, your boundaries and needs. This is the same good, stable self-esteem that helps you feel your value without the need to prove something to everyone around you. It is about the balance between respect for yourself and the needs of others, as well as a realistic and adequate understanding of what is.

Unlike pathological narcissism, in which a person tries to compensate for internal emptiness and insecurity, healthy narcissism is based on self-acceptance and an adequate perception of your strengths and weaknesses. It allows you not to be afraid to admit your weaknesses and strengths and achievements, while remaining open to change.

Shakier self-esteem seeks confirmation of its value outside of itself, through other people or achievements. In this case, we depend on other people's opinions and easily fall into crises when we encounter criticism or do not receive the desired recognition.

What to look for in the process of developing a stable and adequate self-esteem:

Forgiveness of oneself and acceptance of the past as it was. This is a careful, continuous and subtle work of growing up and moving from criticism to empathy.

Personal boundaries. The ability to set and protect boundaries is a key aspect of healthy narcissism. It helps to avoid burnout and manipulation.

Mature relationships with others. People with a good level of narcissism will not manipulate others to increase their self-esteem. Instead, they build honest and mutually respectful relationships. They also will not be in relationships where they are not appreciated or in some way oppressed.

Questions for self-reflection:

1. What moments in my life am I proud of myself? How do I evaluate my successes and achievements?

2. When do I feel that my self-esteem depends on the opinions of others? How can I reduce this dependence?

3. What needs and boundaries of mine do I ignore in favor of other people? How can I better protect my interests without violating the rights of others?

Vitality is the ability to feel full of strength, enthusiasm and curiosity about life. It helps us to stay alive, sensitive and active, real and authentic.

A person with a high level of vitality is able to maintain interest in life even when faced with problems. A person feeling involved in the world and finds strength to cope with difficulties because he has an internal source of energy and inspiration. On the contrary, when there is little vitality, a feeling of emptiness, alienation and apathy arises.

Here I would like to add right away that we are born with a certain amount of energy. If you are generally melancholic and always have been, then your level of vitality is lower than that of someone who hops like a bunny day after day. But some people, regardless of their initial volume, can feel apathetic and without energy. Where does the energy go? A lot of energy is spent on repressed emotions, unprocessed past traumas, unconscious internal conflicts, toxic environments, unequal relationships, hated work. A lot of energy is also spent on guilt, and shame is generally the opposite coin of vitality. Before you ask yourself about the volume of your mental energy, look where yours is flowing.

Erikson explains how the stages of personality development, including crises and achievements, help us maintain mental maturity and inner energy.

• Marianne Williamson - "Return to Love"
Williamson writes about how self-love and self-acceptance restores our sense of fullness and vitality.

• Daniel Goleman - "Emotional Intelligence"
Goleman explores how developing emotional literacy and the ability to understand and regulate our emotions improves mental health and supports vitality.

1. When do I feel alive and energized? What activities or events bring me joy and inspiration?
