We are excited to announce that we are looking to hire an experienced corporate solicitor (ideally 3-5 years PQE) to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who:

👉 has experience in advising and leading on fundraising and M&A transactions, is experienced with working with and advising on BVCA concepts and the BVCA model documents and share sale and purchase agreements;

👉 is commercially astute and knows when not to over lawyer things;

👉 can communicate to clients in clear, concise, jargon free language; and

👉 wants to grow their personal brand and help develop the business and profile of the firm.
