A client approached us in February 2023 for account reactivation that was deactivated under the Amazon Business solution agreement in the Amazon Uk market. The client had appealed multiple times and submitted Altered / Edited Invoices (A BIG MISTAKE). Due to this, Amazon demanded the supplier's supplier supply chain invoices.

The client submitted the Edited invoices as a response to the suspension. In this way, doubts about selling products in the eyes of Amazon became apparent, and the case became complex.
After that, Amazon demanded the invoices to check the authenticity of the products and then the supplier's supply chain invoices to verify the supplier; the client bought 10 to 20 units of several renowned brands and submitted those invocies to Amazon. In this way, it becomes a challenge to console Amazon about the authenticity of the products.

We drafted a strong appeal, told Amaozon that we have no other invoices other than these submitted, and allowed us to present the future supplier after accepting the POA. Then we purchased the inventory directly from the brand. Amazon verified the authenticity of these products directly through the Brand and then activated the client's account.
After 3 days, amazon accepted our strong plan of action and asked
"We reviewed the information you provided and reactivated your account."

First, please don't submit the edited invoices, as it will make the case more complex.
The May Be Inauthentic Products Policy applies to products that may be inauthentic or have a higher risk of being inauthentic. This includes products that are sold by a seller with a history of selling counterfeit products, products that are being sold at a significantly lower price than other similar products, and products that are being sold in significant quantities by a seller who is new to Amazon or has a limited selling history.
Suppose a seller has a product under the May Be Inauthentic Products Policy. In that case, Amazon may require the seller to provide additional information or documentation to verify the product's authenticity. If the seller cannot provide this information or Amazon determines that the product is inauthentic, the company may take disciplinary action against the seller, including deactivating their account.
To avoid the risk of disciplinary action and account deactivation, it is essential for sellers to carefully review and follow both the Inauthentic Products Policy and the May Be Inauthentic Products Policy.
