I am a lawyer graduated from the National University of Asunción, the career of Law is a career that I am passionate about, what fills me with satisfaction is to see the happiness on the faces of the clients who entrust me with their cases.
I am of the theory that a true lawyer is one who demands and fights for the defence of rights in professional practice, in the pursuit of justice. The experience I have gained in my legal practice has been both personally and professionally satisfying. The areas in which I work are Civil Law, Family Law, and it is here where the reality of people's violated rights is studied, and the protection and guarantee of these rights must be demanded, as they are enshrined in a regulation. Although we have various laws or regulations, it is not enough to be theoretical, but to demand compliance with them, so that the law is dynamic and realistic. The key to a true practice of the profession is to argue legally, this is what makes a case a winning one.
Furthermore, the practice of law involves the human side, to think and help the neediest people, so their rights and interests are protected and guaranteed, is to provide a legal service, to act with loyalty, honesty, dedication, commitment and responsibility.
