Salary: OTE £50k - £150k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for a passionate Property Negotiator to join the Sales and Lettings team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Lettings and Sales, however if you have experience in just one of those fields you will be also be considered providing you can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
You should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency role will include:
• Residential Estate Agent/Letting Agent
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the London area
• Full Driving License and car is essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
