Another Home Office Refusal Successfully Challenged
Our client, an Afghan national, was refused Entry Clearance by the Home Office.
Following the lodging of an appeal and detailed legal representations, the Home Office reviewed the case and withdrew its refusal decision before the Tribunal hearing. The Home Office confirmed that the refusal was no longer considered appropriate and indicated that leave would be granted subject to any further checks and documentation requirements.
Every refusal deserves careful legal scrutiny. A refusal decision is not always the end of the matter.
