What issues can the Family Clinic help with?
- Our Clinic aims to offer specialist family advice on issues like: divorce and separation, financial disputes, ending a civil partnership, cohabitation issues, child contact and custody arrangements. Please note, we cannot advise on domestic violence issues or public law matters e.g. care proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements, or where legal proceedings have already commenced.
What type of service is offered by the Clinic?
- This is an appointment only service, we aim to offer appointments virtually and where appropriate face to face. We will provide a one-off letter of advice. Please note we cannot provide ongoing representation and/or represent you in court.
What days is the Clinic available for appointments?
- The Family Clinic offers appointments on Wednesday evenings only.
