We are hiring a Digital Content and Social Media Assistant to join our Client, Sales & Marketing team and support the delivery of our marketing strategy through engaging digital content and social media management.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a key role in creating high-quality digital content, managing social media channels, supporting auditor recruitment campaigns, and helping to strengthen Serve Legal's brand presence across both B2B and B2C audiences. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing skills while working across content creation, social media, digital campaigns, website management and brand communications.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised individual who enjoys content creation, social media, design and digital marketing. We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience creating digital content, have strong Canva skills, are confident creating video content, have a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Experience in website content management, social media scheduling tools, paid advertising tools such as Meta, Tik tok and Google ads is desirable. Furthermore, previous experience working as an auditor with Serve Legal is desired.
Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote (with one in-person office day per month)
Hours & Salary:
First 6 months (probation): 25 hours per week, ideally worked across five days – £27,000 FTE
Following successful probation: 37.5 hours per week – £28,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata during probation)
Ideal Start Date: Mid to late July 2026, although we are happy to be flexible for the right candidate.
