Stephen was the Media Compliance Area Manager for Ireland before becoming SSL the area manager for Ireland.

Stephens top tip is "Don’t be afraid to ask questions, there’s always support available, and it’s better to check than to guess. If you spot something wrong or something doesn’t seem right, make sure to tell your Area Manager so it can be sorted quickly. If we don’t know about an issue, we can’t fix it".

Last Saturday, we had our Cardiff auditor social!

Auditors of all ages joined area managers Caitlin and Alana in Flight Club Cardiff, and they had so much fun playing darts and getting to know each-other!

🐚 Meet your AM - Izzy Archer🐚

Meet the SSL senior area manager of the North and Area manager for the East & Central England ✨

Izzy became an auditor in April 2019 and then went full time internally in August 2021 as an assistant coordinator! She then became an area manager in 2022, and a senior area manager in 2025. She is a fantastic member of the team!

Izzy's top tip is "Don't be afraid to try all forms of audits - I gained so much confidence in myself as well as my driving by doing gambling, motorway services, and management reveals. Auditing more than an hour away from my home helped me to develop my driving skills and freedom to go to new places in my personal time too"

At Serve Legal, we have many ways to celebrate and engage our auditors! Every month, each area manager chooses an Auditor of the Month who gets recognition for good communication, excellent audits and fabulous work ethic!

Internal team Nottingham social 🪩

On Wednesday, the internal members of the Serve Legal team had a social in Nottingham!

After an insightful SMT meeting, we went to the Roxy for a few games of pool, darts and shuffleboard and then had dinner and a few drinks! 🥂

It was so lovely to see everyone in person, as usually a lot of our work is remote! We also got to meet and welcome some new members of the team too!!
