All conditions of the Worker and Temporary Worker Sponsor Guidance and UK immigration regulations must be followed by those who possess a Sponsor Licence.

For instance, you must ensure that the worker has the proper registration to practise medicine lawfully in the UK if they are being sponsored as a doctor. Stop employing any workers who, for whatever reason, are no longer qualified to do the job, and always preserve a copy of any registration document, certificate, or reference that verifies they meet the standards of the employment.
