Meet the Team: Lauren Clarke 👋

Lauren is head of onboarding within our Auction Department, working across both Residential and Auction conveyancing teams. Lauren started her career at Black Norman back in 2013 as an admin assistant and moved on to broaden her experience elsewhere. Lauren returned to us just over a year ago to focus on the fast-paced world of auction work.

She works closely with Mark, Daniel, Jessica, Lisa, Rachel, Joe and Ben, keeping auction transactions on track with reliability, positivity and a proactive approach.

Fun fact: Lauren comes from a big family with five sisters, so life is never quiet, and she's a devoted Mariah Carey fan!

We’ve recently been asked to assist with a will prepared using an AI tool.

Meet the Team: Stuart Speer 👋

Qualified in 2008, Stuart has spent his career advising a broad mix of clients on commercial property matters, from SMEs and PLCs to property investment companies and institutional lenders. Whether it's a landlord and tenant question, an acquisition or a secured lending transaction, he brings a calm, commercial head to the room.

Fun fact: Stuart is a keen hiker and scrambler who has taken on the National 3 Peaks in 22 hours, the Yorkshire Three Peaks in 8, and Mallorca's GR221 in four and a half days. Pretty impressive!
