University of Liverpool Legal Society 2020/21 The University of Liverpool Legal Society 2020/21 The University of Liverpool Legal Society is a student-run society as part of the Liverpool Guild of students.

The member-elected committee aims to facilitate and further the career prospects of both law and non-law students within the legal field, by hosting academic and professional events. We welcome both law and non-law students whose aim is to pursue a career in the legal world, be it as a barrister, solicitor, or any other legal professional practising in any area. The legal society is one of the big

gest societies on campus and hosts a number of annual events that are invaluable for our members to network. These include our Legal Connections Evening and the sponsored Annual Negotiation Competition. These look to enhance problem solving skills, legal knowledge, and interpersonal skills, which are heavily sought after in the legal world. We also host social events for students to meet one another and enjoy the student experience. Our bar crawls, annual trip abroad, and formal end-of-year ball allow us to do just that.
