Can you spot the source of the leak ?

We had a customer reach out about discolouration and sagging on the lounge cieling. We investigated with an endoscope to reduce the damage and found the leak on an isolator valve under the floorboards
We took up the floor upstairs and found two isolator valves on a radiator feed. Both of which were leaking from the valve stem.
This is one of the reasons you should have all mechanical valves accessible. Considering how poor the solder joints looked we recommended replacing them

We are finally getting round to posting more on our page. Here is a summer job where we had a customer that was fed up with the patio where it had fallen in places and started to create little "swimming pools" as they described it.

We power washed and took up all the paving bricks, removed the old buried fence posts and remains of a decaying tree that had been a cause of one of the puddles.
Whacked down a tonne of mot and two of sand to create a firm base that will remain level for a long time before placing back each brick.
The customer was very happy with their 'new' patio ready the heatwave at a fraction of the cost of a brand new one
