University of Buckingham LawFest Event 📚

We were delighted to attend the LawFest event at The University of Buckingham on Wednesday 20th May, with Emma, Katherine and Krishna representing the firm.

Katherine and Krishna delivered a fantastic presentation, giving students a valuable insight into a day in the life of a Trainee Solicitor, while also explaining the work we do across our Court of Protection, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury services.

The session was highly interactive, with students getting involved and putting their knowledge to the test through scenario-based questions. It was great to see such enthusiasm and engagement! 😊

A big thank you to the University of Buckingham for hosting such a brilliant event, and well done to Katherine and Krishna for getting involved and delivering such an engaging session. 👏

Join us in welcoming our newest staff member, Tahia Rashid 👋

Tahia joined OMM in April 2026 as a Paralegal in the Court of Protection department. She achieved a First-Class Honours Degree in Law and is currently undertaking her Master of Laws (LLM) while studying for the SQE.

Tahia assists the team on a range of Court of Protection matters and has a particular interest in client care and supporting vulnerable individuals and their families.

Outside of work, Tahia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and doing henna artistry.
