In London at IAC Upper Tribunal - In the upcoming weeks I am in London , a couple of our cases listed at the Upper Tribunal - we successfully won appeals when First Tier Immigration Judges made errors of law . It won’t be long before a new country guidance for Zimbabwe will be out.

Well folks , this is one of most successfully entry clearance appeal we have ever done that the Honourable Immigration Judge has allowed the appeal outside immigration rules for settlement on exceptional and compassionate grounds .The Judge found that while it is a clear public interest to maintain effective immigration controls , But the interests of our client and her family when she approached the evidence holistically, our client’s interests overrides public interest. This was supported by medical reports and social worker’s reports . This is the way to go folks tip the balance in your favour , be prepared to go an extra mile . 💯💯✅✅✅👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾we are very very very pleased with this outcome and for our clients .✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️

UK Government is returning failed asylum seekers to Zimbabwe before the 30th July 2018 elections. There was a gr***de thrown at one of the rallies , 2 people were killed and 50 injured. History has it that during and after elections in Zimbabwe there is instability and violence.
