Both spouses must give full and frank disclosure of their finances in a divorce. Hiding assets is a serious breach of that duty. If your spouse is concealing money or property, the court has real powers to uncover it, reverse it and impose penalties, from freezing orders, to costs orders and, in serious cases, fines or imprisonment for contempt of court.
