Order for possession obtained for our clients who had been avoiding legal action for months.💪⚖️

It is NOT always greed💰 that fuels the actions of the Landlord.

Here the tenant was promising for nearly a year that he will move out, so that the Landlord can sell and redeem the mortgage. At the 11th hour the tenant refuses to leave as he is insisting on a council house, with severe financial detriment to the Landlord. 🤦😟

Another difficult case where the residency requirement for British Nationality was not satisfied. Also there were suitability issues which made our client anxious for many years until he approached us.

Submission of an extensive cover letter, applying the relevant extensive and complex immigration laws cannot be undermined.

Also always be honest with the Home Office and get legal representation where possible.
