📢We're hiring - Residential Property Conveyancer📢

We are seeking a residential property conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience with handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and probate sales in England and Wales.
- Have excellent knowledge of conveyancing law and practice in England and Wales.
- Possess strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Be proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Have Exceptional communication and client care skills.- Be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive (CILEx) with at least 3 years PQE or 3 years’ experience as conveyancer responsible for their own caseload.

Location: Ledbury (office based)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive

We are seeking a residential property conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties in England and Wales.

Location: Ledbury (office based)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including those of the SRA and CQS.

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.

Handling all aspects of the residential conveyancing process to a high standard and a good understanding of HM Land Registry processes.

Ensuring the accuracy of completion statements.

Liasing with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors in a professional and timely manner.

Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Keeping accurate file records and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and GDPR requirements.

Keeping up to date with key developments in property law and compliance and taking responsibility for your continuing professional development.

Requirements:
Be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive (CILEx) with at least 3 years PQE or 3 years’ experience as conveyancer responsible for their own caseload including new builds, Help to Buy, or shared ownership schemes.

Excellent knowledge of conveyancing law and practice in England and Wales.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Exceptional communication and client care skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
