A Will and Lasting Power of Attorney go hand in hand however they serve two very different purposes.

A Will sets out what happens to your estate after your death whereas an LPA allows someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf during your lifetime should you be unable to do so.

Priya worked across both our Leamington Spa and Coventry offices shadowing our Trainee Solicitor Ravinder and Senior Private Client Paralegal Poonam.
