CTT Law is an established SRA regulated firm which, despite the global pandemic, are seeing unprecedented demand for their services.
Having very recently recruited a further licenced conveyancer and two more conveyancing paralegals, CTT Law’s continued growth has brought the firm back to the marketplace with opportunities for another qualified conveyancer with trusts experience and a further experienced conveyancing paralegal.

We are currently looking to recruit:
✔ 1 fully qualified conveyancer - with no less than 3 years’ post qualification experience, including transfers of equity and preferably with a knowledge of trusts of land.
✔ 1 conveyancing paralegal - at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. LPC graduates will only be considered if they also have the required experience in post.
In addition to the above posts the firm is looking to develop its current offering to clients and branch into additional areas of law by expanding into contentious probate.
✔ We are now therefore, also considering applications from capable, qualified civil litigators with proven experience in contentious probate matters.
These full-time roles will support our growing firm, based in our sumptuous new Warwickshire offices located on the outskirts of Leamington Spa, with start dates as early as August / September 2020 on-site, and competitive salaries, based on experience.
First interviews to establish suitability and competency will take place remotely ASAP and we will consider remote on-boarding for those suitable. At present we will only consider candidates who fall within the required parameters above.
