📌 Costs Law Reminder
Bills should be lodged within 6 months of the date of the Costs Order (any delay must be explained) – Rule 29(1)(d)

Additional guidance:

▪️ Bills lodged after 1 year from the date of the final Order require a short explanation for delay
▪️ Bills lodged after 3 years from the date of the final Order require a detailed explanation for delay

⏳ A timely reminder for practitioners to stay on top of deadlines and ensure any delays are clearly justified.

Our new portable rostrum in full swing last night, might need to add another metre or two 🤔 This will be used for the remaining Soccer Shed club nights and for our full grass season at Eden, and anywhere else the calendar takes us 😉

This was a hefty purchase for a small club but continuing and growing support on race nights and the amazing turnout at our Christmas open night made this possible a lot sooner.

Importantly, unfathomable thanks must go to local company - Legal Costing NI Ltd who very kindly sponsored a fair whack of the purchase. 😁

In other news, the first driver signed up for our summer RB10 cup came to have a go running clubman - qualifying and finishing 2nd!
