👀 The size of these old slates …as big as gravestones!

Unfortunately there’s not enough of them in good condition to go back on so we’re swapping them for a Brazilian slate instead.

Also a few pics of the internals, looks like we’re doing a barn conversion with part of the proeprty built from pebbles they must have found on the beach 😆

Really pleased with the team powering on here,l. Now we need to get the strutural steels sorted and the gable partially rebuilt, and then we can really focus on the internals.

A&L document:

7. OMV
8. Name held under
9. Rental income pm
10. Details of existing lender liabilities including amount, rate and monthly payment's.

Great day today at Furness Bay and 978 Group Ltd !

We have some very happy tenants who will be shortly moving into new properties on the seafront! 🏡

We have managed to offer some existing tenants the opportunity to move into bigger properties, this will suit the current needs they have better.

As always we like to look after our tenants and assist where possible.

Due to an increase in the number of projects we have on at 978 Group Ltd we are seeking to add to our panel of trades. Just looking at some stats on booking.com and its really encouraging to see our conversation rate of views to bookings is higher than the average for similar properties!
