ACHIEVED 100% OF ASKING PRICE ON FIRST VIEWING! 🏠💥

Every property sale is different because every client's circumstances are different.
I recently helped a lady who had sadly lost her husband last year and had made the difficult decision to move closer to family after living in her home for 52 years.

As you can imagine, it was an emotional time. The thought of professional photographs, a "For Sale" board outside, and numerous strangers walking through her home for viewings caused her a great deal of anxiety.

My job isn't simply to market properties – it's to understand my clients and adapt my approach to suit their individual needs.

Knowing the seller's concerns, I took a different route. I identified a suitable buyers from my existing client database and arranged a discreet viewing with a carefully selected purchaser. There was no advertising, no online listing, no board outside the property, and no stream of viewers through the door.

The result? The property sold at the asking price to buyers who were delighted to secure a home in their dream location and within their preferred school catchment area.

Most importantly, the seller was able to move forward with the next chapter of her life without the stress and disruption that she had been worried about.
