We want to make sure that women can access family law legal advice and representation from qualified solicitors who are experts in this field. That is why we have set up Affordable Justice Limited. Affordable Justice was born from a moment that showed how unfair the legal system had become.

Sue, one of our founders, met a woman who had no Legal Aid and couldn’t afford the £2,000 needed to secure the return of her two-week-old baby. This woman was left helpless in an unfair situation no mother should face.

That meeting sparked the creation of a non-profit, women-only legal service designed to ensure women never again feel priced out of protecting their family.

Today, we continue that mission with a 97% success rate and a commitment to women’s safety and dignity.
