Old roof off new roof on.

This one had certainly passed its sell by date, causing the occupiers mould issues, roof completely removed with new joists, king span insulation and 22mm osb deck with a tuff stuff flexible grp system to finish.

Out in walkington for this one, 36sqm grp (fibreglass) roof installed, been a hot one installing this but the outcome has been worth it, looking forward to seeing it finished with the roof lantern and coping stones installed, had to get the eye in the sky out for this one to see it 🚁 👀

Grp parapet roof with hidden gutter installed on this lovely modern extension, fair to say it complements the build very well. Builders will be covering the exposed area on the roof bringing the tiles back down to finish it off nicely.
