Misplaced your original Will?

It can be worrying if you find youself in this situation but it's important to know that losing the original document can actually create legal complications after your death.

If your Will has been lost or accidentally destroyed, it's worth seeking legal advice as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may wish to prepare a new Will to ensure your wishes are clearly recorded.

Keeping your Will somewhere safe and making sure your executors know where it is stored can help avoid unnecessary delays and uncertainty in the future.

If you have any questions about making or storing your Will, our team is here to help. Get in touch with us now: https://www.mcsherryhalliday.co.uk/contact-us/

As children grow, their routines, schooling, hobbies and preferences change. What worked a few years ago may no longer be the best arrangement for you and your family.

It's often a good idea to review child arrangements when there are significant changes.

Where possible, it's important for parents to work together to agree changes that are in their child's best interests. If you're unable to reach an agreement, seeking legal advice early can help you understand your options.

If you need advice on child arrangements or any other family law matter, our team is here to help. Get in touch now: https://www.mcsherryhalliday.co.uk/legal-services/family-law-divorce/
