Martin Lewis raised the importance to all adults of LPAs yesterday on the Martin Lewis Money Show, and it is the only way you can choose your most trusted person or people who will have the legal authority to manage your financial or health decisions, should you be unable to make your own decisions in the future.

Martin emphasised it doesn’t mean you lose control now and banks are familiar with supporting Attorneys.
