Over the weekend, members of the Family team here at Ramsdens attended the Summer Fun Fest at Holroyd Park in Ravensthorpe. They were joined by Pennine Domestic Abuse Partnership (PDAP).

The day was spent playing outdoor games with the children and speaking to everyone in the community.

We're proud to sponsor the Mirfield Agricultural Show! 🦋

Mirfield Show is an annual agricultural & family fun day. It is held at the Showground on Huddersfield Road, Mirfield and is taking place on Sunday 23rd August 2026. It is organised and run by the Mirfield Agricultural Show Society as a not-for-profit event, and regularly attracts over 10,000 people.

We'll be there this Sunday, look out for members of at our stall. We look forward to seeing you all!

Worker wins £119k over dating site emails

A former facilities manager has been awarded £119,248.40 by an employment tribunal. The tribunal determined that his dismissal, following the discovery of dating-site emails in his work inbox, was both unfair and "predetermined."
