Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking for your next opportunity? 📣

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused individual to join our busy team.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

✔️ Processing bills on our case management system
✔️ Issuing cheques & setting up online payments
✔️ Managing purchase ledger invoices
✔️ Processing & reconciling card payments
✔️ Banking cheques & cash in line with SRA guidelines
✔️ HM Land Registry & conveyancing reconciliations
✔️ Completing bank reconciliations
✔️ Processing client-to-office transfers
✔️ Supporting colleagues with ledger queries
✔️ Providing cover for the Senior Cashier
✔️ Supporting the wider finance team

🌟 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

🔹 Previous legal cashiering experience – essential
🔹 A good understanding of SRA accounting rules
🔹 Excellent attention to detail
🔹 Strong communication skills
🔹 Good IT skills
🔹 Excellent organisation & time management
🔹 The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
