When you're selling your home it can be a scary process. Try to be present during the survey if possible, so that you can answer any questions the surveyor may have 🤔

The information the surveyor can obtain, the more accurately they can inform their client. Purchasers worry about unknowns and if the surveyor doesn't know, they can't allay that fear.
