Whilst our professional obligations of confidentiality prevent us from discussing the matter, we do dispute the underlying reason for the comments that have been made.

We can assure our existing clients that the matter in question was investigated thoroughly internally and by the SRA and the Legal Ombudsman and brought to a conclusion.

We are happy to speak to any client that may have a concern and trust that our many regular clients will recognise that this is the first time in over 30 years of serving the local community that this type of issue has been raised.

All Wills are dealt with by our specialist and experienced Wills and Probate department, which is headed by Zoe Clough, who is Lifetime Lawyer Accredited and STEP affiliated.
