Interesting case that I undertook in Manchester Employment Tribunal.

Winning claims of Constructive Unfair Dismissal, Notice Pay and Holiday Pay.

(Not in itself that spectacular or interesting) but the interesting part was that the business thought the employee was on a zero hours contract. However, it turns out that unbeknown to the business, a manager had issued a fixed hours contract (which was determined as of good legal standing) without the owner's knowledge! ...... Got a problem?
