Welcome to West Cornwall Property Care, trusted and discreet oversight for main and secondary homes while owners are away. Our role is to ensure homes are regularly checked, clean, secure and thoughtfully looked after — giving our clients peace of mind when they’re not there themselves.
Services include regular property visits, cleaning, home preparation ahead of arrival, and general oversight to help homes stay fresh, safe and cared for throughout the year.
We do not carry out maintenance or building work. However, should any issues arise, we’re happy to arrange and liaise with trusted local trades on your behalf, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Based in Hayle, looking after homes across West Cornwall and surrounding areas.
