We’re absolutely delighted to tell you that Family Solutions has been nominated for the LexisNexis UK Family Law Awards 2026 in the category of Excellence in Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR).
This nomination means a great deal to Claire Webb and Rebecca Hawkins because it recognises something they are deeply passionate about: helping families resolve disputes constructively, respectfully and outside the courtroom wherever possible. That was why the company was created in 2007.
Every day the FS team works to promote mediation, arbitration, collaborative practice, parenting coordination and other NCDR approaches, ensuring families have access to solutions that are tailored to their circumstances and focused on achieving lasting outcomes. Every client comes to us for a chat about what has happened and what they want life to be like, and we create the pathway for them. We have a team that includes therapists, family consultants, and financial neutrals. We’re so proud to work alongside lots of other expert family professionals.
We are also proud to champion legal aid, innovation and greater access to justice so that these options are available to as many families as possible. That’s why you’ll find us on committees, mentoring new mediators and developing training.
