Arbitration is not:-

1) just for wealthy people
2) only for people with solicitors
3) exclusive to multi million pound settlements

Arbitration is :-

1) for everyone.

Of course, there are rules, like all NCDR options there are safeguards, and it won't be the right choice for some families. But the point is that it shouldn't be ruled out.
